CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS POLICY

Cancellation or Amendment Policy

Any cancellations, or amendments must be sent by e-mail or fax to party A with the acknowledgment, that the following cancellation charge will be strictly applied for all cancellations or amendment

2. Cancellation due to Bad Weather 

• We reserve the right to cancel your reservations in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, or on the express order of the local authorities. If we cancel your reservations, you can either receive a refund or accept an alternative date/booking from us at the equivalent or similar standard/ price, if possible. In case the alternative option has a lower standard, we will refund the difference
• In the event of cruise cancellation, the management of Bai Tho Junks will inform guests and travel agents as soon as possible giving full details of cancelation risk, possible scenarios, and alternative options to help you plan your trip

Notification of cruise cancellation is given before guests depart from Hanoi 

• Information will be given by phone and email to travel agents promptly. A full refund will be made with proposals of possible alternative options

Cruise cancellation occurs en route to Halong International Harbor 

• Cruise cancellation happens when guests are already on their way or have arrived at Halong International Harbor and need to return to Hanoi immediately: A full refund will be made
• If the overnight cruise is canceled when the guest has already arrived at Halong International Harbor but a Halong Bay day trip is permitted, Bai Tho Junks will arrange the itinerary based on the fares below

• Cruise cancelation is informed when guests are on a 3 day-2 night cruise and the cruise option needs to be shortened, the rates are as below
