• Pick up from Hanoi at 08:00 – 08: 45 AM. Arrive Halong Bay at 11: 30 – 11:45 AM

Pick-up & Drop-off

• We pick up and drop off guests at all hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. Our driver will meet you at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel with your name, and help you board the bus with your luggage.
• Timing: Our sales & operator staff will inform the pickup time but please take it as an estimated time as the bus will move around different streets for guest pick-up. Thus, the pickup time might not be exact, but it an estimated. And, please note to have breakfast in advance, prepare your luggage, and bring your passport before the bus comes.
• Alternative pick-up point: If you’re not in the Old Quarter, head to Hanoi Opera House (01 Trang Tien Str, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) for pick-up (Location)

Luggage

• Limousine bus: We use limousine vans or buses of 9, 17, or 22-seater buses equipped with comfortable seats, Wi-Fi, water, and an experienced driver. Wifi is available but the signals might not work well in some areas during transfer.
