SAFETY INFORMATION ON BOARD

IN-ROOM SAFETY

  • Each room is equipped life jackets. 
  • Please ensure that your room windows are always closed and locked when you are not inside. Unexpected winds can cause damage to belongings and may affect your health and safety.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Please contact the crew for directions to designated smoking areas.
  • Each room is equipped with a fire extinguisher. Kindly read the evacuation diagram located near your main door.
  • In the event of a serious emergency, please leave your room immediately and activate the nearest fire alarm.

PERSONAL PROPERTY SAFETY

  • For your convenience, each room is fitted with a safety deposit box. Indochine is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
  • If you have highly valuable items, you may leave them with our Manager at the reception desk.
  • You are responsible for your personal belongings during excursions and outdoor activities.

ONBOARD SAFETY

  • Do not move up or down decks without the crew’s permission and guidance.
  • Do not open or cross safety barriers or restricted areas. Do not put your hands or feet into the water.
  • Do not sit or climb on railings in any area of the cruise.
  • To ensure food safety and hygiene, do not bring outside food or beverages onto the cruise.
  • Bringing prohibited substances or stimulants onboard is strictly forbidden.
  • Please enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly to remain alert and safe throughout the journey.
  • Avoid running, playing, or making excessive noise to maintain a relaxing and friendly environment for all guests.

CHILDREN’S SAFETY

  • Always supervise children while onboard, during outdoor activities, and when participating in cruise experiences.
  • Be mindful of windows, balconies, and railings; ensure children do not reach, crawl, or climb outside.
  • Make sure children wear life jackets during all water-based activities.
  • Children are strictly prohibited from using the sundeck or swimming pool without parental supervision.
